krikiy Terms and Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account with krikiy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time and reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account where there is reasonable doubt.

1.2 Single Account

Each person may operate only one krikiy account. Registering multiple accounts under the same person, household, or IP address is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure. If any of your details change, notify our support team immediately.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For account verification, we may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC process is complete. This information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.

2.1 Password Protection

2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

2.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months. We will send advance notice by email regarding any balance held in an inactive account.

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete. krikiy reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if a technical issue or suspected fraud arises.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, we will confirm that the applicable wagering requirements for the relevant account have been met. Winnings derived from bonuses must satisfy the bonus terms before they can be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

krikiy offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000; or if you deposit ৳16,000 or more you will receive a ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must place bets totalling fifteen times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Winnings earned using bonus funds will be added to your balance as real money.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

krikiy reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer, promotional terms, or rewards at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or live chat.

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, krikiy reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or ends before the scheduled time, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with the rules set by the relevant authority. In such cases, appropriate odds adjustments or a void of the bet may apply.

5.3 Maximum Bet and Payout Limits

Maximum bet and maximum payout limits may be set for each event or game. These limits will be displayed on the relevant page. We reserve the right to suspend bet processing if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 Result Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or bet payout, you must notify customer support via live chat or email within 72 hours of the event. Our technical team will review the logs and provide a final decision. Server records will always be considered authoritative.

6.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Fraud involving credit cards or payment methods.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other attempted cyberattack.
• Attempting to manipulate game software or outcomes.

6.2 Money Laundering

• Using krikiy to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Transacting funds derived from any criminal activity.
• Money laundering through the transfer of funds between accounts.

6.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing customer support or other users.
• Providing false information on an account or identity fraud.
• Using automated betting bots or software.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Operating an account under another person's identity.

7.1 Suspension by krikiy

krikiy may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. Any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

7.3 Balance Refund

If krikiy closes an account and no misconduct is proven, any valid real-money balance will be returned. However, in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
